There’s no cost for you to use a Realtor.
Hello, it’s a beautiful day to talk about real estate.
I wanted to reach out to buyers today and talk a little bit about
having an agent represent you. There is no cost for you to have
a realtor represent you and your best interest. We get paid by
the listing company, so once you buy a house, whoever has
the house listed, is going to pay us a commission.
We will take care of you through the process. You don’t
want to go straight to the listing agent when you buy a house.
They’re representing the seller, so you don’t want them to know
your personal information, like how much you can afford, or what
you’re willing to pay for the house. That’s why you want to
have your own representation, and have somebody that’s going
to be taking care of you.
So if you’re thinking about buying the best thing to do is hook up
with a realtor first. Find somebody that you enjoy working with
and that you know it’s going to take care of you and your best interest.
And then have them go out and start doing the search with you.
