you only pay when the property is actually rented.
The commission comes out of the money that we collect for the
rental. You don’t pay anything upfront, and it’s very
affordable to make sure that you get good, qualified tenant
in there.
At the end, you do have the final say about who we put in there.
You can even meet with some of the tenants if you’d like to.
