I wanted to talk about curb appeal today, and maybe give
you a few tips on getting your House ready to sell.
The exterior of your home is the first thing that buyers see
when they go to look at your House, you want to make sure
that it looks its best.
Make sure that walkways are clear, trimmed up, if you can
trim them. Make sure the grass is cut and well cared for when
you have appointments, and you might want to buy some
flowers to put out front and add some color to the front to make
it look nice.
Upgrade your lighting if the lights are older looking, or
rusting and not looking good. Just changing out the light
in the front can make a big difference.
Maybe paint your front door If it needs it. Make sure that
your doorknob is fastened well. If it’s wobbling get a screw-
driver, tighten it up just so that first initial response when they walk into
your home is good.
You could check and see if the Houseneeds some pressure
washing. If it’s dirty, get the Green off or any areas that need
to be touched up. Just kind of clean it up a little bit and make
it look fresh, clean and ready to sell.
