Hello, it’s a beautiful day to talk about real estate.
Today I’d like to share a buyer’s guide with you. It’s
just a guide of information for anybody who’s
thinking about buying real estate.
It’s put together by the National Association of Realtors
and it’s loaded with information that’s really helpful.
If you are thinking about buying property, especially if you’re a first
time home buyer, it’s going to give you information about
what it is you’re looking for, so you can figure that out.
Mortgage companies, how to go about figuring out where to
go for a mortgage and what to do. Real estate terms are in
there to help you figure out what’s going on with the process.
You’re going to hear a lot of different terms that you’re not familiar
with if you’ve never bought before.
