One question that we get asked a lot is how long
does it take to buy a house?
It depends on the individual and from the time that
you start looking. Of course some people find a house
right away, the first house or two and they fall in love.
Some people take a year. It could be over a year really
just depends.
Once you find the house that you’re looking for, then
you have to go for financing and that could be anywhere
from 30 to 60 days.
If you go for a short sale it could be three to four months,
Even up to a year.It really depends on your financing, what
type of house you buy, and all of the other things that factor
into it.
